Because all graphic kits and custom products are made to order and personalized to your specifications, we do not accept standard returns on custom or personalized items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@availgraphics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details, and we'll make it right.

Production errors on our end will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost to you.
